Material Sciences Corporation (MSC) operates several coil coating lines in the Midwest. MSC’s Coil Coating operations are a highly automated, environmentally responsible method of effectively applying coatings to a metal strip prior to fabrication.
MSC can apply the following coatings: Polyesters, Siliconized Modified Polyesters (SMP’s), Plastisols, Polyurethanes, Polyvinyl Fluorides (PVDF’s), Epoxies, Primers, Dry Film Lubricants, Weldable Primers, and Film Laminates. These coatings can be applied to Cold-Rolled steel, Galvanized, Galvalume, Tin Mill Products, Stainless and Aluminum.
